"It was a lovely and pleasant stay in Oxford with my family. Loved the house with a nice interior design touch, also very practical. All the instructions were in place to use the kitchen appliances. Looking at the photos, I wasn't sure about the size of the property before our stay, but it was spacious enough for our family of 5. Thank you"

"Really well equipped 1 bed apartment. Big comfy bed, quite a spacious room and all areas nice and clean. Controlled access so felt very safe and secure at all times. "

Was promised an investigation regarding my reporting of a room that was not cleaned but no one had followed up with me, messages ignored also. "

"My colleague who stayed here said it was clean and beautifully decorated. It is about 1 min to Reading Town Centre. There is some mild traffic noise from the buses early morning but nothing to do with the property. This didn’t affect the stay and wasn’t noisy enough to disrupt any sleep. Communication with the owners was excellent and my colleague arrived at 11.30pm and was met and promptly let into the apartment. Great service! "2nd stay here and just for 1 night for early flight home via T2 Heathrow .As before its very convenient from arrival via tube/car ,well signposted and then to Terminal for departure Very impressed by all staff from checkin through bar /food and drink in bar and ease of getting extension lead for cpap machine .Everyone was friendly professsional and well trained . Extension lead only available for medical device use but explained tactfully ! Bar was as before very well staffed with good staff -good choice of wines by glass and small plates -I had porkbelly pieces in spicy sauce excellent .Wimbledon final was on and excellent opportunities to watch from almost anywhere in bar . Only negative is that bar furniture eg banquettes /chairs are very tatty and look very tired -its a real jolt since rest of hotel is absolutely spanking smart -I mentioned this when we stayed in january but it does not do hotel credit !Maybe a refurb is overdue or delayed ."

Really enjoyable relaxing stay

"We had a really nice relaxing break. In fact to point that i may book every few months to get a break. Could do with a few more staff in the bar, but the breakfast was excellent. Room a good size and very comfortable. The evening restaurant food was very good as well and service excellent. Check in was quick and simple. The hotel offered everything we needed. It was a very hot weekend so air con in rooms would have been good. But the air con in the bar and restaurant was perfect. "
