"Our ocean view apartment didn’t exactly have an ocean view but the view to the outside garden was nice. Bedrooms were upstairs but the stairs were dangerously designed and taking suitcases upstairs wasn’t a fun task. Apart from that it was comfortable and warm and a free penguin viewing"

"We arrived late but kept the restaurant open for us. The food was amazing and couldn't finish dessert so the staff member suggested taking us back to our room. The room was large, clean and very comfortable with with all we could wish for. Staff were exceptional with the woman who checked us in changing us to a more convenient one when she saw we were elderly. We would highly recommend this place.to our family and friends. ."
