"Booked this property to watch the 2024 solar eclipse (more than 2 years advance!) and it did not disappoint! Beyond the fact that it was the perfect size for my group (7 adults), very clean, and stocked with everything we could possibly need, the best part of this property by far is the views!! I highly recommend this property - the property manager is great, was a great value, and it was the perfect setting for witnessing the total eclipse - an experience I’ll never forget!"

"Everything was perfect. The unit was clean and very spacious, even decorated for spring. Beds were very comfortable. We appreciate all the little extras including extra towels, bottles water and snacks coffee, extra toothbrush/razor etc. Location was perfect. Loved the deck outside also. Very quiet. Just perfect"

"We had the best weekend for a girls trip staying at “This Place Rocks!” The home was stunning, clean, and very comfortable. "We absolutely love it here, & what a delightful surprise to find that Dave had remodeled & upgraded the one bed/one bath to two bed/two bath! It is just a gorgeous space, perfect for us. We love the fire pit in the morning, to make a fire & have our coffee & tea out there by the lake. The whole experience is so good, we've already made our reservations for next year. It's one of the highlights of our year!"
