"Good location for where I needed to be. No one was at the check in desk. I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to show up. Front desk people do not speak clear English so it was hard to understand them. Giant roach in the room! Room, bed and bedding was run down and it felt dirty knowing there were roaches in the room. Bed was worn and not very comfortable. Some female called me the day of check out and left a long, illegible message. I returned the call and it went to the front desk. ...

"Tv didn’t work. Asked front desk to not maid service room, they did it anyway the first day. Didnt the rest of my stay. Back stairwell to the building was absolutely filthy. They obviously never clean it. When I booked the room online, it said it was a two star room. That’s being generous. Cheap room, you get what you pay for…."
