"Excellent stay at this hotel. Ive had very mixed experiences with hotels over the years and this one has to be one of the best. Friendly helpful staff, clean and contemporary decorated rooms and public areas. The room was a small suite with a well equipped kitchen area, microwave, hotring,fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine etc. Spacious bedroom with a sofa. Large shower room/toilet. Lots of arty touches to give a nod to the buildings previous use as a mill. Very comfortable and 5 min walk from bus station and 10 min walk from train station and town centre, though you do have to pay for your car overnight and there is limited parking. Breakfast was included and was great with fresh hot and cold food buffet style. Would highly recommend this place and intend to use it if and when i return to Dundee. "

"This is a very nice hotel, however not very convenient location."

"The owner, Kenny, helped us with our luggage and to settle into our VERY large, very comfortable room. The room had a kitchenette, with plates, utensils, pots, a kettle and coffee supplies! The room was easily controlled by Alexa and other electronic gadgets. I picked this hotel because of past reviews and ease of parking. It was within a few minutes drive of downtown Dundee, which is very busy and parking is almost non-existent. We loved our 2 day stay at the hotel and would definitely come back in a heartbeat!"
