"Nice to have a balcony overlooking Younge street, however the balcony door was very difficult to open and especially close. My wife would not have been able to shut it. It would also have been nice to have a small fridge. I got a good price booking here because i'm cheap (lol) so i was surprised to see no fridge."

"We were able to get into our room early which is always nice. There is a nice bar and restaurant. Pool and whirlpool were welcome after walking all day. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. You can walk to lots of restaurants, shops and sights. Staff were are great."

"Beautiful hotel. Lobby/entrance is visually stunning, not like modern sterile hotels. The room itself was spacious/updated and comfortable. We had some drinks at their bar and both the service and drinks were excellent. The hotel is priced well for Toronto and I would definitely stay here again next time in Toronto."

"This place was great for our family. Very spacious living area where we could all read or watch TV or play a game together in the evenings. Small bedroom and bathroom but they were fine for a few days. Very friendly staff- from the front desk to the housekeeping. Conveniently located to the subway for Union Station. Also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. "
