Communication with the owner prior to and during the stay was fantastic - nothing was too much trouble. It was generous with water in bottles for a whole week, with a lot of things in the kitchen everything irradiated generosity and taste. "Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... "the location is gorgeous. the rooms are very modern and well finished. the towns of sirolo and numana are not friendly because of lack of parking and the extremely difficult topography with uphill walks everywhere. it is not a hotel, but apartments in a big mansion. the communication between the customer and the property is not immediate, since the management company is offsite and the on site guy is not always present. getting in and oit from the side entrance with,steps is not easy, it would...
