"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We travelled with my 85 year old mother and they made all accommodations that we requested for her. The grounds are beautiful, a true destination spot. There are so many areas to relax and enjoy the water features, gardens and poolside. It was truly a retreat!"

"I love staying at good night in. last stay there were bugs/gnats crawling around the refrigerator. I will still stay there again though it’s still nicer than most in that price range. "

"One staff member was less than accomodating put me in a noisy ish room next to a room that was being worked on. I talked to a much nicer and very accommodating staff member who moved me to a quiet room. She was super helpful in every way. The HGI is centrally located, clean, quiet and has easy parking. I really like this place. "

"They did everything right. Easy self check in. Easy parking. The room is big enough, bathroom counter space is huge, making it easy to stay organized. There was a tub! The pet fee is reasonable. breakfast is provided, I checked it out, but I am not a breakfast lover, so went for an apple and a coffee. I did notice there was a LOT of bacon, so no skimping there. There was grass for the dog, and no stray poop. The property is right off the highway. I would definitely stay again. We would love to see an EV charger in the future. "
