"We arrived from out of country nearly four hours before check-in. We were allowed to store our luggage and grab some lunch while our room was prepared. Our room was spotless clean and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast each morning included in the price was very nice. Would stay here again if we return to Trieste."

"Good location, convenient for grocery shopping, buying coffee, walking to the center. Bed sheets and towels in the sofa bed were not my hygienic standards, because they are stored there until they are needed. No mosquito nets, so I got the bites in the night. I had to use the sofa bed in the kitchen, because the one in the sleeping room was a garbage ( bended, head and toes part were lower…. impossible to sleep), there was no curtain in the kitchen, so uncomfortable to change my clothes…....

"There were a lot of hairs on the shower wall—a lot! The staff didn't take any action. The towels smelled musty, and a shampoo bottle from the previous tenant was still lying on the floor in the bedroom. There is an elevator, but it is very narrow and hardly suitable for large strollers and is not wheelchair accessible. On the positive side, the accommodation seems very safe and is about a 10-minute walk from the Grand Canal."
