The contemporary house comprises an entrance hall, a comfortable 25-square-meter living room with a corner sofa and a connected flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a central island (electric oven, hob, coffee maker, etc.) opening onto the front and rear terraces, one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, two further bedrooms (one with a double or single bed), a shower room with a toilet, and a separate toilet.

The outdoor spaces are equally impressive, with a terrace that wraps around the house, providing shade throughout the day as the sun moves. The front terrace, overlooking the pool, is furnished with garden furniture and sun loungers. The side terrace features a gas barbecue and a table for enjoying your favorite grilled dishes. A cleaning fee of €200 is payable upon arrival.
