"This hotel is ideal for a family stay. The rooms have kitchen facilities and is situated right on the side of lake Annecy with a lovely private swimming area where you can hire paddle boards and boats. The views that are to die for. I would advise though you skip breakfast its pretty much self service in a hot stuffy room I don't think its worth it."

"Chalet très propre, climatisé, ce qui est plus qu’appréciable avec des enfants en bas âges. Le nécessaire de base est disponible, avec une terrasse très agréable, et surtout une belle plage peu fréquentée est à 100m. Le propriétaire est par ailleurs très prévenant et a plein d’histoires locales dans son sac :) Bref très bonne expérience familiale"

"Had a very pleasant week here in early June. Taught our young boys to snorkel in the pool, and then went on the boat trip from Bonifacio to the marine reserve island so they could snorkel and see the fish there. We loved spotting wall lizards and geckos around the property, stroking the horses over the fence, and admiring the red kite which regularly circled overhead. There’s a very good large Spar shop within short driving distance which made self-catering easy, and we used the bbq five times!...

Great location, close to many small cities, hiking, and beaches. We popped into Piannotolli for the best supermarket and laundromat. "Probably one of the worse places I have stayed in 10 years. We reported issues within 2 hours of arrival. No one came to see me or tried to address anything and we left after less than 2 days. The general manager avoided me until I emailed him direct and demanded he call me. He then claimed our claims were not true and told us because we had checked in were weren’t entitled to any refunds for the two nights we didn’t stay. They take all the money upfront so we had no leverage to claim or...

"Beautiful rural and well manicured setting with lovely apartments, well stocked kitchen, wonderful pools and helpful staff. Kitchen needed sponges and dishwashing detergent. Very nice spot"
