"We stayed eight people in the house for nine days and had a wonderful time. The house was even better than in the pictures and the location was great for different day tours, a car is a must. Everything was nice and clean and Francesco cleaned the pool and the outside areas every morning. Overall a fantastic stay!"

"The house and location are perfect for a family holiday, the pool is lovely and there are plenty of covered areas in the garden in which to relax when the sun gets too hot! The proprietors are very accommodating and fixed any issues (washing machine failed during our stay) immediately. The only thing to be aware of is that the region near the lake does suffer from mosquitoes which come out in the evening - so take repellent with you as it’s expensive in Italy!"

"It was only for a week but living there was a pleasure. Nearby towns had lots of interesting places to visit and good restaurants. The house itself was well fitted especially the kitchen which suited self catering groups as there are no restaurants within walking distance for those who like to drink with their evening meal. "Incredible stay at this property. The location is amazing close to Multepulteno as well. We did a drive to sienna. we loved the pools. The staff were incredible. The room was clean and spacious. The AC was cold. The food was delicious. The breakfast was amazing the scenery and property itself were phenomenal. "

"An absolutely amazing location, wonderful hosts and incredible food. Stunning views from the room, clean bathroom. Fantastic wine tour and tasting, very clear instructions regarding parking. The only thing we’d change is a fan or some air con though we fully appreciate that might not be possible due to the historic nature of the building. It was a little too warm for us at night and we were reluctant to leave the windows open as there was a gap in a mosquito screen. This may not be an issue for others who are more used to the heat! Thank you for a most wonderful stay. Provided the perfect base to visit the Tuff towns. We will recommend to friends and family. "
