"The staff at check-in was very helpful even though he spoke no English we were able to communicate effectively and he helped us to figure out our parking spot in a private lot, which is definitely a challenge in Palermo! The rooms were small, but neat and clean, perfect for what we needed for our stay. The building does not have any windows in the hallways, and so the lights automatically turn off, which took some getting used to, but wasn’t a problem in the end. it would be nice in the...

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un soggiorno indimenticabile – grazie Tony! Siamo Massimo e Wiki e abbiamo trascorso nove giorni meravigliosi a La Casa di Sciù Sciù. L’appartamento era pulitissimo e molto curato: veniva pulito regolarmente, i letti sistemati più volte e tutto era sempre fresco e ordinato. Una pulizia davvero impeccabile! La zona è tranquilla e sicura, con minimarket e persone gentilissime nelle vicinanze. Tram e autobus sono praticamente a un minuto a piedi, comodissimi per raggiungere Palermo. Ma ciò...

"What a beautiful place to stay. The rooms and the service were top notch. Carlotta was so very welcoming and helpful. The room is gorgeous with beautiful decor. The bed, pillows and sheets were 5 stars!!!! Amazing property."

"Adequate for a short stay. There are two steep flights of stairs and no lift."

"Staff were very helpful. Was in a very central location to shopping and restaurants"

"Great location, clean and good size rooms. . Walkable to dining, shopping. There is not 24 staff so be aware of that. Lots of stairs but there is a small elevator to take up luggage."

"Property was conveniently located for the historic town. Very quiet for sleeping. No person on site but any questions were quickly answered by text message.,"

"Friendly staff, spacy room, excellent location to various tourist spots."

"We booked a city view room, but was given a dingy room facing a dingy patio with loud AC noise and not pleasant to look at. We communicated with the host and the reply was that they can not do anything as all rooms are booked, just offered some breakfast coupons, worth 5 bucks each at the most. This is not a hotel, it is an apartment turned into rooms on one floor of the building with no amenities. The plumbing is old with murky water and rumbling when you turn the facets on. Hard to communicate...

"The sights are close. The room and bathroom are clean! And the main street, where there is a lot of life. That's no problem. However, you couldn't rest during the two days. The bed mattress is stretched out. So it's quite uncomfortable. Every time you open the door at the main entrance it is very loud because the chain hits the plastic. This could be avoided if there was not a single door to your room. The windows are old and all the noise comes in. A The trash cans are on the street under the...
