"The air conditioning in my room didn't work. I had to buy a fan at Walmart to be able to sleep. The tv is going out - the colors on the screen were limited to magenta and radioactive shades of yellow and green. The desk chair is missing a wheel. There was a wet washcloth trapped in the frost in the refrigerator freezer."

"Big Horse was an excellent find on Expedia. Self check in and out was so easy, guests were very quiet, and right down the hallway is the Black Maple Coffee and Sandwich shop. Reading material regarding the area was very interesting, and I visited the Emiquon Nature Preserve 8 minutes away before heading home. The Spoon River Anthology booklet also led me to exploring the town and poet Masters, circa 1915. Lots to come back for!!"
