We were able to walk easily to many areas of interest, including a relatively easy 30-minute walk to enjoy the scene and get to the Royal Albert Dock. We highly recommend the Philharmonic Dining Room for dinner across the street from the hotel. "

"In the city for a concert and the Dixie Dean was an ideal base for the weekend. We had a 'luxury' room, with two massive beds and the bath was the size of a swimming pool!! The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of selection and regularly stocked up. The waiters didn't stop with topping up coffees and clearing up promptly. High recommended if you're in the city."

"I wanted somewhere quiet and I got it. Great place to stay. Room and bed was lovely :) As everyone has said before it could do with some tlc in places and the something needs to be done to get rid of the oil smell as you enter. "

"A great place to stay. The property is self service which I wasn't aware of when booking, but access was easy. The room was very clean and had most basic facilities. The only issue was there was no soap in the in-shower dispenser. Also, a glass or cup in the bathroom would be a welcome addition."
