Excellent, affordable and chic

We had an amazing stay at Perle House. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful with lots of location reccommendations and advice. The Turkish breakfast was superb and the room itself was spacious, comfortable and incredibly stylish. There’s also the added bonus of a charming and loveable resident dog!

Picture in the ad is misleading. Rooms are ok, road noise and barking dog was annoying. I believe the dog belonged to the owners/manager and we had to let it out at 3 am to stop it from barking. I would not return, but our friends travelling with us kind of liked it. The cafe on the main floor appeared to be very popular with locals and tourists. Rooms are smallish and basic. It’s a good location, and breakfast was very good. $5 to have a coffee at breakfast.

A beautiful room in a stunning location opposite the marina with breath taking views from the balcony. Lovely owners who provided generous and tasty turkish breakfast in a very stylish building. All walking distance from the Old Town and close to private beaches.

The staff are amazingly helpful, they go above and beyond. The rooms are lovely. The only downside for us was the sewage smell from the bathroom at night but there are works going on and we assume this will be addressed. We would stay again without any hesitation. Highly recommend. Fantastic place, amazing people.

Hidden Gem

My husband and I had an amazing holiday at Perle House! The hotel is located in a quiet part of Fethiye, but it was just a 10-15 minute walk to the main promenade and town center. The most beautiful beaches were only 15-25 minutes away by taxi. We loved the stylish interior design of both the hotel and our room. Our favorite spot was definitely the balcony overlooking the marina – it was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the view. The room was cleaned daily, the mattress was comfortable, and the air conditioning was quiet. The authentic Turkish breakfast was delicious, and we also enjoyed spending time at the cozy on-site café, especially during the hottest part of the day. A huge thank you to Merve and her friends for their kindness and help. They made us feel welcome from the very beginning and provided great recommendations – from the best local beaches and restaurants to arranging transport. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Next time we visit Fethiye, we’ll know exactly where to stay!

Perle House was very clean, conveniently located and had a friendly staff. We stayed in the top floor, Marina facing room. Amazing view and deck. The location was about 10 min walk to old town and 10 min drive to the good beach clubs. Overall - great stay! Thank you!

Beware of what they don't show you in the photos. They show the tub but not the inside, which was painted and the paint was peeling. The balcony was not private as the balcony of the next room was only partially partitioned from ours. There was no door to the shower. Breakfast took close to one hour to get. Worst was the filthy floor, gas smell from the sewage, and the space for the toilet, which did not have a proper door and was barely larger than the toilet seat itself.
