This property is a very nice vacation spot. I was there for a week. It has a pool and is about 600 meters from the main beach at Oludeniz. Breakfast is a great spread - normal Turkish breakfast You can have lunch, dinner and drinks/snacks at reasonable prices. However, the most endearing fact is that they treat guests like family. The hotel/resort has been family-run for 30+ years. They have guests who have been coming there every year for years. Each night is a great time with the other guests - mainly British.

The staff were lovely, air conditioning saved us in 36 degree heat. Perfect hotel for people that spend most of the day outside. We loved our stay as a couple. This hotel is always booked so count yourself lucky to have a great stay and convenient location. Things to improve on: - bed was very firm to sleep on, most people that need two pillows, you can request at reception. - vine tree next to room was loud which made it hard to sleep. - towels had some staining - breakfast was the same everyday. Would be better if the cold food was kept cold and covered. Hot food was good.

Great value to be so close to the beach and restaurant area. The place is much cheaper than the alternatives around so the rooms are basic, the breakfast is very simple and you won’t find the classiest crowd. Kids had a wonderful time at the pool and the the location was perfect. With all the traffic, we’re glad we didn’t book something higher in Oludeniz. Fun times.

We wont be back

My family have been planning our trip to Oludeniz for many months,building up the excitement all the way back home in Australia. Looking forward to our stay, experiencing the culture, food, activities and experiences, the hospitality of the people. Upon arrival the owners were extremely friendly, such a warm welcome. It's with great disappointment that our experience at the Imparator overall was terrible,contributing experiences :airconditioning unit in our son's room not once but twice despite being repaired saturating their luggage on the last day an hour before checkout. On our fourth night our son was falsely accused of being drunk by three kitchen staff who ran up to his room to confront him,when he had accidentally bumped the metal cigarette ashtray off the balcony whilst hanging wet beach towels. The owner denied that his staff approached his room. However , an english speaking employee confirmed it did occur and he approached our son to clarify what happened on the night and had apologised. The owner to date has not approached us to apologise instead chose to ignore is for the remainder of our stay. Despite trying to accomodate us with three loads of washing the whites came back folded,however damp needing to be hung to dry overnight before checking out the following morning.

We (family of 4) had a great and comfortable stay at the hotel. The hotel is in a great location in Oludeniz. The breakfast is simply the best with great variety. We will certainly be looking to book at Imparator in our next trip to Oludeniz.

reservation was not the same as number of beds

room reserved for 2 adults and 2 children. we got a room with 2 bed and 1 bed. the room itself was not even suitable for 3 people. reception itself raised the issue on hotel.com
