"I booked this place for my mom and her friend who were visiting friends and didnt want to drive home in the dark. Upon arrival, they were checked in and the male reception staff watched 2 elderly woman struggle to carry their suitcases up the stairs while he watched his movie. When they got to their room, their were no towels, the bathroom tap was loose and wobbly and the tv wasnt working.
