"This was very friendly riad. Manager is super helpful, after checkin he tells you little about Fez and Medina. He can provide you a tour guide if you want. He printed me boarding pass for my flight because you need paper one and not on app. He can get you shuttle service. Only downside it was cold in the room."

"I have mixed feelings about this Riad. Ups - Nice decor. Beautiful building. - Big room with an excellent heater. - We always came back to a perfectly cleaned room. - Youssef was a helpful fellow. "Really enjoyed the room at the hostel once I was able to find it. It’s in the Medina and not being familiar with the Medina layout, I struggled to find it in The midst of the many streets within. Might be just me. The room and staff at the hostel were amazing and extremely helpful with any needs I had. Also included is a great breakfast"

"Beautiful riad within steps of the old city. We had the junior suite with two single beds up in a loft - the kids loved sleeping up there. The pool is small but refreshing, again the kids appreciated the opportunity to cool down. The rooftop offers a great view of the city. Recommended."
