Shower excellent and breakfast really tasty and with plenty of choice. Left luggage in house while we visited the Durham uni.Easy to walk to the Uni business centre. A good choice."

Breakfast room floor 1 overlooking River tyne and the bridges. Outstanding service from Tessie felt as though we had known her for years so attentive with personal touch.
