"Had the best time! Room was so clean and well maintained and the bed was very comfortable. Had a balcony too which was a bonus! In a great location close to the historical centre and shopping area. The hotel is also close to the historic train station to Sóller which is a must for anyone staying in Palma! The hotel restaurant was excellent and very good value for money. There’s a roof top pool which isn’t large, but still very nice. The staff were all so very friendly, but two people stood out! Paola at reception and Nuno in the restaurant who were so helpful very friendly and very professional too! Thank you and we will definitely be back!"

"Had a fabulous stay at the Nou Baleares Hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly, for everything from taxi orders, answering our questions and recommendations of where to go. The room was a good size with everything we needed, including comfy beds and a good shower with toiletries. It was very clean with great housekeeping. The addition of the rooftop pool was great, although very small and more chairs than loungers so not really geared up for sunbathing. The hotel was in a good location for getting around, central but not noisy. We would definitely stay here again."
