"The host was very attentive to the guests and welcoming. The guest areas were always clean and tidy. The breakfasts were good and there was a slight change of menu each morning and food was more than adequate. If you wanted a quiet break away particularly ideal for hikers but a car would be useful if not or easily arrange for a taxi. This B&B is an excellent choice at a reasonable price. Personally I would visit it again."

The breakfast buffet has to be seen to be believed with an outstanding range of goodies to choose from. The savoury options were plentiful. "The hotel is very charming and it feels like it came straight out of a novel. The terraces have a panoramic view of Perugia, the sitting rooms are delightful and the air conditioning works phenomenally. The attention to detail in decor is absolutely superb."

"Very good hotel , extremely clean, rooms very comfortable including spacious bathroom with excellent shower. Personal choice - bed a bit firm but still slept ok, perhaps a mattress topper could be offered. Aircon was really good. Breakfast was the usual thing but orange juice was good and loved the fresh fruit and pastries. Husband loved the eggs. Perfect location to use the escalators to the old town which is beautiful. But it was peaceful at night with great windows that keep out the road...
