"Located in a small off the beaten path town this gem of a hotel was wonderful. We were surprised at its amenities. The room was quiet, large and clean. The bed was so comfortable! The breakfast was fresh and delicious. We stayed an extra night. Although off the beaten path, the area has plenty to do."

"Boa experiência de hotelaria que fica aquém pelo restaurante."

"Soggiornato di passaggio tra Nord e Sud del Portogallo. Facile arrivarci con ampio parcheggio. Sale grandi, molto pulito personale molto gentile e competente. La piscina è abbastanza grande. Colazione molto varia e generosa. C'è di tutto dal bacon, al latte di soia e dolci tradizionali molto buoni. Camere ampie e ben insonorizzate. Terrazzo con sedia e tavolino."

"Nett, sympathisch "

"Lovely hotel, but limited view from our room of the castle wall. Breakfast was not very good, but a lot of variety. Good coffee, but the pain au raisin was undercooked and still raw dough inside. The hot water took a very long time to get through to the shower and in the morning it was only Luke warm. Bed was comfy and pool cool but clean. Free bottle of wine in room was nice."

"Mais uma vez retornamos a este local incrível, onde já nos sentimos em casa"

"This hotel is truly a beautiful property in this idyllic town near the center of Portugal. We stayed as a one night stop on the way down from Lisbon towards the Algarve which worked out beautifully. One of the best sunsets I’ve had the privilege to witness from the balcony and the breakfast buffet and helpfulness of the staff was world class. Highly recommended!"

"A truly lovely, peaceful and welcoming family-run hotel. Every little detail has been thoughtfully taken care of, making our stay feel incredibly comfortable and special. We only had the chance to stay for one night, but if we had the opportunity, we would have loved to stay much longer. You can really feel the care and personal touch that goes into running this beautiful place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️"
