"Lovely rooms, although basic, in a great central location, just a 10 minute walk from the waterfront, and even less time to get to local cafes and shops. House owner(s) were really welcoming. They stayed completely separate downstairs, and left you to your own devices. Downside would be the 2 shared bathrooms, although you hardly notice that other people are staying there and using them, and they were cleaned multiple times a day. "Best hotel we've ever stayed in and we've been to Nerja ten times. Room cleaned everyday, hotel was spotless, lovely staff that go out of their way to greet staff eveytime you enter the hotel. They even arranged taxi to airport. Driver met us at reception, took our cases and escorted us to carpark for €80. After staying at Hotel Balcon wouldnt stay anywhere else!"

"We stayed one week in this apartment. The property is everything and more than the listing description. It is very roomy. The beds are comfortable, the linens/towels nice quality. Kitchen appliances and serve/cook ware very adequate including a large refrigerator and small dishwasher. Also, a newer washing machine and drying rack. Great for longer stays.The location is wonderful - right on the beach with only the boardwalk between you and the sea. As the apartment is on the 2nd floor, you are high enough for great views plus noise reduction during the day.You literally hear the gentle sound of the sea all the time - very relaxing.Surrounded by many restaurants and a flat boardwalk; larger grocery store within a 5 minute walk. Shopping cart in apartment."
