"The house is as lovely as it looks in the photos. It has everything you need and was spotlessly clean. The views were spectacular overlooking the sea and mountains. The hosts are available and friendly and even though it is attached to another vacation house they have made it easy for all with separate parking and entrances so you feel like you are in a private place. "This was a gem of a property in a town off of the main foreign tourist circuit, Cavi di Lavagna, but conveniently positioned for trips car or train (+ ferry) to other nearby sites, such as the Cinque Terre, Genova and Portofino. You could also easily transfer to other major centres, such as Florence or Milan, by train from the main station at the next stop over, Sestri Levante. "We had a wonderful week with our 2 children here. The house has a fantastic view of the sea and is located on a quiet private road so it felt very safe and secluded. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the terrace was a great place for meals with a view. The local towns of Lavagne and Sestri Levante provided plenty of shops and restaurants and we were able to do a boat trip to Portofino and a day trip to Lucca in Tuscany. Highly recommended. We will return!"

"Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert und alles modern und neuwertig eingerichtet. Unsere Gastgeberin Paola versorgte uns mit Ausflugstips und bereitete uns einen herzlichen Empfang. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen waren tadellos sauber. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Pizzeria, Bahnhof und Strand sind mit dem Auto schnell erreicht. Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung!"

"The people are kind, but the accomodation was far from clean. About everything felt not clean and sticky. Most of the kitchen cabinets were broken. On top of that there was a wasp's nest in the attick, close to the second bed. All things considered we desided to leave."

"Beautiful house, clean and comfortable, very nice host. There is quite a long very narrow drive going up the mountain. Parking was on the road where you can find a spot. The walk from the street to home is about 10 mins. Easier down the up with luggage. The town is mostly residential. There is only 1 restaurant open and the hours are limited. No wine bar as google says, no grocery. My only recommendation to host would be to provide some basic essentials, (bottled water, coffee..) as the trip...

"The apartment was clean and well equipped for cooking , cleaning etc. The pictures of the place are accurate and the views are spectacular. The covered parking was great. The brick promenade made access to the train and shopping a special walk which we enjoyed immensely. Great place to stay but save the car rental and use the train. The station is a 15 minute walk and trains are frequent and cheap."
