"Great 3 night stay at the Eurostars Universal. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Hotels was modern and very clean and well maintained. The only criticism (and its a small one) is the desk in the room is quite small. So if you're there for business it can be a bit cramped to work from the desk. However there are cafes and public spaces that work very well. Wifi was fast and easy to connect."

"This hotel is ideal for a stay over between flights. Within walking distance from the airport even with luggage. On our first night in Lisbon our room was on the floor just above the swimming pool and had a large balcony, unlike the rooms on the other floors. On our last night we came back to the same hotel but had a room without balcony. Both rooms were adequate for a short stay. Both times they checked us in long before the regular check-in time. Excellent buffet breakfast that starts at 4 AM to accommodate early flights. Highly recommended."
