"We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours. "Located on the main central roundabout in Lisbon, the location is excellent for the Hop on Hop Off bus services and a short walk into the centre proper. Clean, friendly with a good atmosphere. We ate at the restaurant once and it was good value. It is a little noisy (the traffic outside mainly), but that didn't bother us. Would book again when we re-visit Lisbon."

"The staff here were great helping me get a room after a 3 hour flight delay lead me to missing my flight and having to find a place to stay. The food in the restaurant was very good as well. The location by the airport made if very easy to get to and enjoyed the fact the rooms must of been sound proofed as I heard no planes at all. Would definitely stay here again. "
