We struggled with directions to the property though and ended up lost walking around trying to find it for a hour with no response to messages or a phone call to Suzanne for help, so that was very frustrating. The directions provided were not the route we walked to get there, so we’d recommend a bit more or ready to communicate as people we asked weren’t sure where the house was and our phone data wasn’t working for maps. "Although this rental was not for myself, I arranged this stay for friends of ours. Communication with the host was very easy and always fast with a very helpful tone. The family staying there comprised all ages. Whilst the chalet is certainly of a high standard, it was not suitable for families with younger kids.
