"This property never disappoints. The beach and breathtaking waterfront views are truly exceptional, and the stargazing from the beach at night is simply unforgettable. If you're looking for a place to create lasting family traditions and cherished memories, I cannot recommend this property highly enough.Our family returns every August, and it has become a tradition that our children and grandchildren eagerly anticipate each year. Spending a week together at the Cleveland Big Chill on Beaver Island has given us countless memories.The host is outstanding and genuinely makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every aspect of your stay is comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. Her attention to detail and commitment to her guests truly set this property apart.We wholeheartedly recommend this property and look forward to returning in 2027"

"Overall, it was a great place to stay. It was right on the airport runway, but it wasn't too loud real friendly person to deal with Carol. It was just sometimes it was hard to get a hold of her other than that. It was great."

"This was our 10th year staying at this beautiful property. The pictures do not do the home justice. Can’t beat the view and close proximity to great beach. Also, every possible creature comfort and amenity has been considered (pots, pans, sandwich bags, shower gel, etc). Hosts are wonderful."

"Everything’s very clean. Actually it’s spotless! It’s in a great location. The town is easily walkable from here and it’s right next to the grocery store. You literally could go buy a bag of chips in three minutes. Everyone is super friendly! That rental bikes, right downstairs that we rented for an ice cream and go to the beach. At the end of every rental, I always ask myself would I go back and it is a resounding yes for this location and this property!"

"Clean and comfortable, plenty of fans provided to make up for not having AC. Host was very kind and easy to work with. Only recommendation is to add a blind or curtain in the bathroom to add privacy from anyone sitting on the deck."

"We enjoyed our stay at your Vrbo! It was a long walk from the ferry to the Vrbo with luggage. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Good location near the grocery store, but far from restaurants. Wanted to rent bikes, but was closed and didn't open until the next day at 10am and we had to check out at 11:00am.. Suggest a stay of 2 nights. Tried to contact host to check if we could either extend our check out or extend our stay, but host never replied back. Beautiful island and friendly residents. Will be back to explore the island more!"

"Beautiful place in a wonderful location. We came as a family with 7 adults and 1 child. We had an amazing time and there was plenty of room to spread out or spend time together. Beautiful property and home. Plenty of towels, extras like bug spray and sunscreen. Fans for each room. I cannot say enough, we had an amazing time. Strongly recommend the flight back, it was amazing."

"Very hospitable stay. Was perfect for my wife and I to relax. Lots of room. Short walk to the beach. Very close to the CMU Biological Station. Short drive from town. Fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful windows. Good wifi also!"
