"The property manager is responsive during the day but unavailable after hours, which became an issue when we arrived late, and the door code didn’t work. Despite notifying them of late arrival and assured the code was functional, we were locked out and had to find another hotel at 1 AM because the property manager was unresponsive (she says she is unavailable because she is sleeping). They refunded us for the night, but the stress of not knowing if the door will unlock with no one to assist...
