The rooms was dirty …the carpet wasn’t clean… food on the floor…the fridge was dirty with food in the crevices..the bedding comfort set / blanket was stained. There was only one working ice machine for the entire hotel. Breakfast was the worse I have ever seen. There was variety of any food of substance. "The room is clean. However, the sink wouldn’t drain at all in the bathroom. And went down and complained and no one fixed it. We asked them for a plunger and they never brought one to the room. We had to wait until the next morning when it was checkout day, for they even came to fix the clogged drain. When asked a staff attendant about stuff, she looked at me like I was stupid and say much, no communication the potatoes were dry and the breakfast and the meat didn’t look that well. The air...

"The room was not as clean when we got there and it smelled like cigarettes and it was a non smoking room. The next few days the room did not get clean. They just put clean towels. They didn’t change the sheets nor make the beds up and didn’t vacuum or clean the countertops. They didn’t clean the restroom at all. They didn’t add toilet paper so we had to ask for more when we needed it. The air conditioner was great and so was the breakfast. Everything else was great except for the rooms not...
