"This is the perfect property for a large, multi generational family. We were warmly welcomed and looked after by Valerio. We particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, the huge garden, the play park and the rural location. Dinner cooked for us by Valerio’s family was superb."

"this was a beautiful, peaceful setting with spectacular views of the mountains. I choose to purchase breakfast and dinner each day, and the food was delicious. I have celiac disease and they were excellent in providing gluten free food. I had crepes, pancakes, and a lovely bread for dinner that was sort of like a thick pita but a bit denser (in a good way). "We had the best time! The house was perfect and exactly what I was hoping it would be. The entrance to the home was a bit of a challenge and had it been raining would not have been fun, but we knew it was going to be a bit of a slope. The home is perfectly situated to visit many of the surrounding towns. We had dinner at the restaurant in the village above (Vellano). Wonderful meal and friendly and helpful staff and owners. "Beautiful property in an idyllic Tuscan setting. Our three-generation family group relaxed together and had fun. We spent a lot of time in and around the lovely pool, enjoying the beautiful setting. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen thoughtfully equipped. Our hosts were kind and helpful. We enjoyed the Pizza evening and dinner provided by them."

"Beautiful rustic home with fantastic views. It’s well equipped and Stuart was really helpful. We enjoyed the peace, the hilltop villages and took a train trip to Florence and drives to Viareggio, San Gimignano and Volterra. Great local food and restaurants."

"The property did not live up to its advertisement and was not as described. We were highly disappointed when we moved in. All the food went off overnight because their unfit-for-purpose fridge was at 18C. It was a health and safety risk and a potentially life-threatening situation if we ate from it. The kitchen had ants, the beds were unmade, and the oven wouldn't start. When I asked for bed linen, Ailsa, the owner, refused, saying she was busy entertaining guests at her house, so we couldn't...

"Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub und exakt so, wie hier online angeboten. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber und Agentur. Das Haus und der Aussenbereich sehr gepflegt. Man ist mitten im nichts und wenn man im off-road-Fahren etwas geübt ist (die Anfahrt ist spannend 🤪) und absolute Ruhe und wenig Internet (tut nur, wenn im Tal einer kurbelt 😂) will, dann ist das „perfetto“. Für Gäste mit Hund, wie wir, ein Volltreffer. Gerne wieder und 100% Empfehlung! DANKE 🙏🏻"

"we were there for almost three weeks and really enjoyed it. The owner is very friendly and happy to help with any questions. However, you should know that the nearest shops can only be reached by car, since the house is very quiet and secluded. you also have to drive to go out in the evening. But we really enjoyed the rest, everything was fine for us!"

"We celebrated our wedding here over 5 days with 27 family and friends and we had the most amazing experience. The place is spectacular! It is more beautiful than the pictures can show. Plenty of space for a large group that we never felt on top of each other. Area has many places to explore but you may also not want to leave the beautiful villa! The owners were incredible and celebrated with us throughout the weekend as well. The food cooked by the owners and their team was also amazing....
