From the moment you get in, you're welcome by friendly staff and the place is modern, clean, with a pool and a small gym. At this price, you can't go wrong especially this location in zone 4. "Yes, everyghing was great. From the clean room tk the staff and amenities and the landscape. The only thing i found a little less exciting was the breakfast, that could have been a little better with some healthy brown bread, cheese and nuts, etc... but overall, excellent place to stay. After tenovatikn it will become more shinning and stunning."

"La réceptionniste devait venir me réveiller à 3h30 et commander un taxi comme elle l'avait proposé mais elle n'a rien fait et j'ai dû me débrouiller tout seul dans la rue pour trouver un taxi qui m'emmène à l'aéroport. De plus un bruit infernal dans la rue face à la chambre, impossible de dormir. D'autre part il y a 2 hôtels Carmel à Abidjan, vous devriez le préciser, le taxi m'a emmené au mauvais hôtel, j'ai dû traverser la ville deux fois aux heures de pointe dans les embouteillages. "They promised a shuttle bus to airport for 6:30 am and said the next morning it’d be 7 am. That’s when we were supposed to be at the airport! At 7:15 we finally got someone to take us in a car. If the arriving plane for our flight hadn’t been late, we would have missed it! If you’re not with a big group, don’t count on a shuttle bus!"
