The Imperial Sand Dunes west of Yuma are a sight to see but leave your firearm in AZ. CA is like that. Don't forget to visit the Senator's Wash lake, the Yuma Territorial Prison, and the Peanut Patch at 4322 E County 13th St. while you're there. "Spacious 4 bedroom home with modern touches in a beautiful neighborhood! Great outdoor space for relaxing and dining! After a hot day in the sun there’s a wonderful pool to take a dip in!! Close to downtown Yuma where we found a great area to walk and dine! We would definitely stay here again! Brooke and Amy were wonderful!!"

"The owner was so wonderful and left a welcome basket full of treats including homemade chocolate covered pretzels! We are now renting from her for a month next year from the owner! The property was perfect, everything fully stocked in the kitchen. The park was amazing !"

"We had a great stay at your house. Communication was quick, friendly, and helpful. The house was very clean and was nicely furnished and decorated. We especially loved the pictures of your dogs in the living room. The kitchen was stocked with essentials such as plates, cups, etc. as well as a kuerig with pods, creamer, and sugar. The patio had nice furniture. Wish the backyard had grass or some other type of landscaping other than dirt. This is not a negative comment, simply feedback from people...

"The property was great plenty of room for 8 of us to spread out and get our own space and also get ready. We were able to cook breakfast daily saving money on those meals. All need appliances overall a great property and experience. It was some of our parties first Vrbo experience and they absolutely loved it."

"My only complaint about the property has nothing to do with the property itself. Several houses around it have dogs that were barking quite loud and one would start and then the rest would start up. This would go on for several hours especially if you were out enjoying the pool area."

"Place was dirty and run down. Bed linens worn out, see through sheets, stains on white duvet. Dust build up under bedroom furniture. Bathroom...Old used bar of soap a turn off. Livingroom...couch sunk to floor, chairs worn out, covers come off. Very uncomfortable. Plastic blinds were filthy, write your name on windows. Kitchen... all dishes looked like they came from garage sale. no serving bowls, can opener crumbled, fry pans and baking sheets all worn out. dish towels all stained .BBQ was not...
