"Outstanding place to stay! Immaculate (even all of the bathroom), an elevator, and excellent staff at the front desk and breakfast. Many hotels in Italy are not kept up or clean enough, but this is well taken care of. Easy, quick, straight walk from the Porta Nova train station. Will definitely stay here if we are ever in Turin again, which we hope to be. Can't say enough how much we liked this place!"
"Overall a good experience,location amazing, staff on the whole friendly but a few things needed attention
Bathroom Sink was not clean on arrival wiped ourselves first day but after that spotless also had to request non slip mat for shower in bath which should be standard
Lovely room but seam of wallpaper had come away just need pasting down
Fabulous breakfast with very attentive staff would recommend overall good experience in the hotel"
"Pros: Room was clean, shower was great, location was brilliant as it was right next to Porta Susa station, staff were helpful with my questions, breakfast was decent too.
Cons: The AC was not working in the sense that it was too hot! I tried a few times to reduce the temp at night but it kept blowing hot air and wasn’t a comfortable sleep because of that. Otherwise can’t complain."
