"Check-in smooth and fast. Accessible room provided upon request. Very clean and comfortable room. A good breakfast. Minor negatives - TV remote not working- a battery?; AC off due to “ low temperatures “, however ventilation on plus open window. Very convenient for overnight when traveling through/around Graz."

"We stayed at the property during an incredibly warm period and were located on the 4th floor of the hotel. There’s no air conditioning and a fan wasn’t available, sleeping was very difficult. Otherwise, the property and the staff were great although the interior finishes are looking a little tired. I would suggest this is a 3 star hotel, not a 4 star, and would have been excellent if we were paying 3 star rates."

"Booked on line, last minute. Get to the hotel where you let yourself in, no key. Called 5 times. No answer. Email. No response. Since it was late had to book last minute expensive room in another town."

"The check in was a bit confusing, but the room was very nice and the breakfast was absolutely premium. My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay and thought the Csejteis were a fabulous couple. It will be a great memory from our travels."
