"Large family rooms and comfortable 4 poster bed. Centrally located with parking. The sofa beds were only ok and for kids really. Staff were helpful and lovely. Got a voucher as we didnt need our room cleaned one night. Perfect for a family on a road trip! Downside was noise from trams passing by overnight"

"The reception was outstanding and was so helpful and I could checkin 4 hours earlier although I wanted to store the suitcase first. The breakfast is really plentiful and so delicious and the service staff so nice and helpful. A splendid experience throughout. I can highly recommend this hotel"

"Great stay. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast onsite was fantastic as well with something for everyone.The parking option of you have a car isn't great with tight spaces for larger cars but still okay. It's a local parking lot behind the hotel."

"We loved our stay at Cocoon Hotel. The general area was beautiful. We enjoyed our breakfast. Our beds were comfortable. The room was clean and a nice place to stay. The staff were very helpful. There was always someone there to help us. My daughter left her wallet and passport in the room. We called and they went right up and searched the room and found it. They let us know immediately. We would absolutely come back."

"The WunderLocke exceeded expectations. Right from check-in, the front desk staff host, Barbara, was friendly, courteous and very helpful as she kindly answered all of our questions. The room for our family of four was perfect with the loft. And the fact that it had a laundry machine, and other appliances made this the perfect place to stay mid-way through our trip. Highly recommended!"
