"GrundsĂ€tzlich ist es ein cooles und großes Haus. Grade fĂŒr mehrere Familien/ Paare ideal. Es gibt genug Geschirr, HandtĂŒcher, Sessel, Couchs etc. Das ist super. ABER es war super dreckig. Man zahlt (nicht gerade wenig) Endreinigung und muss bei Ankunft mal selbst putzen. Gut dass ein Staubsauger verhanden war. ZusĂ€tzlich sind im Haus sehr viele große Silberfischlein unterwegs. Die Betreuer vom Haus die es ĂŒbergaben haben, waren aber sehr nett. Pro MĂŒllsack zahlt man auch nochmals extra....

"Locatoin: good, close to the ski slope, 300 m, and is possible to use the skibus also. Very good chalet, everything is great, 2 shower, 3 toilets, living room, satellite tv, etc. Only one complain, we we’re not informed how to use the ski room. On the other hand the parking place is under the main building which is convenient after snowing 😊"

"A great stay in a beautiful property with amazing views. Property manager was excellent and really helpful in sorting any issues. The area around Kolbnitz is very beautiful with lots of cycling and walking options. Thoroughly recommend exploring the lakes of Millstatter and Weissen."

"Pros: Das Haus ist wundervoll. Sehr schön und mit liebe eingerichtet. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Es ist (bis auf Kornflakes-SchĂŒsseln) wirklich alles vorhanden. Cons: Leider gibt's doch 2 Mankos, welche aber nicht zum ersten Mal angebracht werden. Zum einen sind da die Duschen ... Es ist unmöglich zu duschen ohne die BĂ€der zu fluten - da sollten ggf DuschtĂŒren nachtrĂ€glich angebracht werden. Das zweite Manko sind die Matratzen ... Buckenhart!!! Man liegt darauf wie auf einer mit Stoff...

"Fantastic place to stay. 50 metres from the station/bus stop. Room was beautiful. - absolutely faultless. Reception were fabulous. We were very early arriving and our room was ready, so we were allowed to check in. Reception also gave us some milk for tea and coffee. Thanks a mill good people! "
