"1) They said their card swiping machine not working. I had to pay exchange price for withdrawing money. 2) They said reception will have staffs 24 hours. A BIG LIE. After a tiresome day, I was stranded outside for 20 minutes. 3) No breakfast even if you pay in Expedia. Refused to give receipt. 4) Gave me a wrong room. 5) Horrible experience for any travellers. 6) Totally confused staffs for everything under the sun. 7) Was told that they will compensate for all the mistakes.
