Great hotel in a quiet location. Very convenient in terms of public transportation to Kelenfold train station and the city with a change. Got a free upgrade due as the hotel was quite quiet. Not sure about other comments on smell in the room, ours smelled very fresh and was very clean too. Reception staff were very helpful too.

Very nice hotel, staff, and clealiness but a bit off the beaten path. There's almost nowhere to go in walking distane and the sign says bar and restaurant but they only have breakfast. For the price it was still excellent.

We are currentl in the middle of a 3-week trip, traveling through the Czech Republic and Austria before arriving in Hungary. After booking several hotels for a month-long journey, I became a bit exhausted, so I started consulting with ChatGPT to help me make decisions. Unfortunately, this particular hotel has been the worst one I’ve chosen so far. When we checked in and entered the room, it was immediately clear that the bed sheets were not fresh. The duvet cover and pillowcases were also obviously not newly changed. My husband and I were both quite upset, so we went down to the front desk, but no staff were available. We ended up calling Expedia to report the issue and requested that it be resolved the next day. However, when we returned from our outing the next day, we found that not even the towels had been replaced. On top of that, there was a terrible sewage smell coming from the bathroom. My husband poured water down the floor drain, which temporarily solved the issue. It seemed like the room hadn’t been used in quite a while. Breakfast was another disappointment—it was so poorly prepared that it actually irritated us while we were eating. The only things we could bear to have were coffee (which was weak and pre-made) and some yogurt. When we checked out, we shared our complaints, and another guest next to us said they had experienced similar problems. They mentioned that the hotel seemed to be short-staffed when it came to housekeeping.

Hotel bonito e limpinho. Muita escada , sem elevador. Cama dura igual um porrete, travesseiros idem Localização boa , bela vista, porém vc só sai de lá para o centro de uber, longe de TUDO. Área residencial bonitinha.

El lugar es muy cómodo, tranquilo. Sencillo pero bonito y acogedor. El recepcionista se porto increíble; veníamos retrasadas en la carretera y espero hasta que llegamos.
