"There were 11 in our party across four generations, the Villa had enough space & facilities to accommodate all of us easily. It was clean, with plenty of out door space, with shade in many places throughout the day. Although the Villa is not far from Cala d’Or we’d suggest you hire a car. The host was nothing but helpful before & during our stay."

"Enjoyed our stay as an adult group which worked well with the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Night time air conditioning was much appreciated. Plenty of seating areas inside and out although no shade in the middle of the day. Evening meals on the terrace were lovely with a nice breeze some evenings. "Das Bonaviesta Ferienhaus in Felanitx ist eine sehr alte, traditionelle Finca - wunderschön als mallorcinisches Original. Die Lage ist einigartig, umgeben von einem Pinienwald uneinsehbar, thront das kleine Juwel auf einem Hügel mit Meerblick. Allerdings: Sauberkeit - ein Horror! Im Kühlschrank waren noch Essensreste, in der Kaffeekanne noch Kaffee, zwischen Küchenschränken vergammelte, verfaulte Lebensmittel, das komplette Geschirr verklebt - wir mussten alles von Hand spülen, weil es keine...

"Wonderful villa; great location; spotlessly clean!! Great comms ahead of us arriving and lovely welcome gifts of wine. We are a family with 3 teenagers!! The villa is very spacious, secure and has a view fabulous. Just a short walk to the local beach and the most amazing food at El Baul...... Highly recommended and we will be back!! Thank you so much! "Great outdoor sitting / eating / lounging areas. Very pretty round pool etc. Lots of space inside, nice well equipped kitchen. Not too much hot water...no big deal but impacted dishwashing, central burner on hob didnt' work properly - generator made noise in morning. On arrival limited stock of toilet paper / dishwasher tablets etc a minor irritation. However, overall very satisfied. Lovely place"

Address incorrectly given on website which resulted in delays getting there and back as the pre booked taxis couldn’t find the place- only thing that let it down a bit."

"This was absolutely perfect. Plenty of space for the five of us and the vila had everything we needed. Loved the outdoor kitchen and we ended up using this the majority of the time. The owners were lovely and really helpful. The villa is perfectly placed with the beach and restaurants just a 5 minute walk (some even closer)and Portocolom a very pleasent 15-20min walk. There are two nice smaller beaches around the opposite side to the bay of Portocolom which you might want a car to get to but...

"Wir haben die Finca Ende 2021 für insgesamt neun Personen gebucht. Drei! Tage vor Abflug im Juli 2022 wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass vor Ort fünf Katzen im Aussenbereich gefüttert werden. Ungünstig mit einem Kind, das auf Katzenhaare allergisch reagiert. Situation vor Ort: - die zur Straße gelegene Terrasse war für uns somit nicht nutzbar, da dort diverse Futter- und verdreckte Wassernäpfe standen - Eine weitere Terrasse, die unter dem Dach des Hauses gelegen ist, war für uns ebenfalls nicht...

"We were impressed by how clean and well appointed the villa was. Communication with the host was straightforward. The villa is well laid our with four good sized bedrooms. There's good views across the countryside to the sea in the distance. The area around the pool is particularly nice with a colonnaded area for dining and relaxing and plenty of space for sunbathing. The nearby town of S'Horta, under 5 minutes drive away, has shops, a chemist and a couple of nice restaurants on the town square...

"This property is amazing. Very good beds and pillows and the sheets and towels were new. Perfect location, peaceful and clean. We enjoyed the sunrise every morning and walked to the village for dinner. Excellent service from Lone, the owner and her team. We will soon be back."

The villa is full of character and the air conditioning was a real bonus (it was exceptionally hot when we were there) The pool was fantastic and we spent many happy afternoons and evenings playing in the water. "This villa really made our vacation special. Plenty of room, all the beds were very comfortable, three bathrooms and the outdoor spaces are truly spectacular, with the breathtaking view of the sea! Sunset dinners, watching the moon sparkle on the water…it was just perfect. The location is great. We biked or walked to restaurants, grocery stores, everywhere.Margalida made everything easy. Highly recommend!"

"We’ve had a lovely 11 night stay, perfect location on the sea front and within walking distance of restaurants and, of course, very close to the beach! Villa has everything you need and is very clean, there was only 4 sun loungers which suited us but maybe request more if you want them? Lots of chairs and places to sit in the shade. "A gem of a villa - beautiful quiet secluded position with wonderful views. Musical bird song - we heard a Scops owl and, we think, a hoopoe. Found a praying mantis and a swallowtail butterfly landed near the pool! Villa had everything you could possibly need and more - very comfortable beds and plenty of equipment, masses of space both inside and out, noodles for the pool, table tennis etc. Eating out at Can Mel in Cas Concos was very enjoyable. "Die Villa leidet unter einem signifkanten Instandhaltungsstau. Dachbalken morsch und von Termiten zerfressen. Aufdringlicher Fäkaliengeruch im Hauptbad. Sonnenliegen wie vom Gebrauchtmarkt. Schimmel an den Aussenwänden. Küche und Küchengeräte dringend auszutauschen/verschmutzt. Duschvorhang alt. Gardinen ungewaschen mit Flecken. Sofas durchgesessen und ebenfalls mit Flecken.
