It’s beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean with numerous options for eating, chilling and sunbathing around the property, we felt relaxed from day one. "Great stay at a well positioned villa. Few minutes walk to the Marina, main pedestrianised area and supermarket. Plenty of room for 6 adults and as described on the website. Couple of issues quickly resolved, great communication. All in all a lovely holiday."

"Great property and they provided immediate attention to a small heating issue on unseasonably cool days. We explored the entire island from here with a rental car and see there is a great bus schedule if you aren’t up for driving. Very comfortable accommodation with a well equipped kitchen. We loved the second floor bedroom and ensuite for added privacy and great views of the surf pounding the shore. Thanks for a great stay! The Boyce Family!!"

"The villa was in the perfect area, very nice internally, outdoor space around pool nothing like picture, needs a good clean and tidy up. Kettle had seen better days covered in limescale, TV antiquated, no maid service provided to change bedding even though we were there for 10 days, very overpriced compared to other villas I have stayed at in Majorca, other than that we had a lovely holiday and would definatley go back if these things were attended to."

"This well equipped Villa is in a fabulous quiet location in Cala D'or yet only a5 minute walk down a slight hill to the Marina and 5 minutes in the other direction to the centre with numerous bars and restsurants. A small Spar Supermarket is very convenient and a larger Eroski is anout 10-15 minute walk away. Maria and family were super hosts so friendly and the welcome pack were a lovely touch. "Lovely villa in a great location, convenient for shops, bars and beaches. Well organised check in/out, very accommodating and helpful. My only comment is the bbq area is not a very social space which we did not use as much as hoped, dark as under large trees with no lighting, bbq needs to be moved nearer the pool and villa"

"8 of us stayed at the Villa Roca Nova 28 May to 4 June 2023. As advertised the villa is perfectly situated in the resort of Cala D'Or for beaches and shops - just 10 minutes walk to either. However: 1.    The literature is misleading in that two of the bedrooms are separated from the main villa by individual entrances.
