There is availability for a cot and a high chair. There are three bathrooms that serve the entire house, one on the barbecue, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.

The living room is very cozy, has two sofas, a small table, and satellite TV. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking without any problem; In this same space there is a table equipped with chairs. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. It has air conditioning in the double bedrooms.

The house is only 2 km from the beautiful town of Cas Concos, where you can find what you need during your holidays: supermarkets, medical center, pharmacy, bars and restaurants. At 10 minutes by car you can reach different beaches and paradise coves of the Mallorcan east coast such as Cala Mondragó. A 10-minute drive can also reach the tourist town of Cala d'Or.
