"Convenient large old fashioned hotel in town. Rooms are nice if a bit dated. Several dining options, very good breakfast. Busy but very nice staff and the best artworks I have seen in a hotel in a long time."

"We stayed for 3 nights in July. The hotel staff was very nice and caring. The hotel is clean and nicely maintained overall, although we had a small issue of water accumulation in the sink which was later fixed with some delay. The restaurant offers good breakfast. Would certainly recommend booking with breakfast included. The hotel is in a quite area and close to attractions. We enjoyed staying in a room overlooking the Shannon river. Only downside is there are no places for eating or shopping for essentials in the immediate vicinity."
