Great for weekend visit

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend while visiting my son at UA. It was a great location, only about ten minutes to Dickson. Plenty of room for a family so we will stay here again when we have the rest of the family with us

The house is in a good location, close to restaurants and grocery stores. House could use a detail clean and a few more utensils but other than that it was a nice stay.

Sunbridge Villa

Our family of 4 stayed at this property for 3 nights. It had all the accommodations we look for in a stay. The neighborhood is nice to walk around for those wishing some quick exercise. I consider it a good choice and hope to return.

We visited with our teenagers to visit the University and it was the perfect location. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Very clean and well put together house and friendly and easy to work with host! We will be back

Weekend Stay

My husband, adult son, and I came to Fayetteville, AR for the weekend for our son's football game and stayed at this property. It was very nice, clean, and had what we needed. It's centrally located to everything in the area. We definitely would recommend renting this property.

A Great Host and Property

The house was as advertised Very comfortable and clean and great area everything close by. I would most definitely stay there again. My host Kayla was even better than the house. Cant thank her enough for being so accommodating to me. If I could give her and the house 6 stars.

Convenient, Clean, & Comfy!

Came into Fayetteville to celebrate my daughter’s Birthday. The house provided everything we could possibly need. I worked for a day and really enjoyed the desk in the living area. The covered patio out back was perfect for morning coffee. The host was very responsive and provided all the info we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Clean,clean,clean!

We popped in for a weekend baseball tournament. After a full day of baseball in cold weather, this property was perfect for us. The cleanliness was stunning. The beds comfortable. Check in was easy, check out equally simple. Smart TVs in each room. They even provide coffee and creamer. All in all perfect!

VRBO Fayetteville AR

This property was easy to get to, very clean, and was perfect for me and my husband and our two sons and their wives. We were there to visit our niece who is going through extreme chemotherapy. Actually we only slept and drank morning coffee and watched a little “March madness” when we returned later in the evening. Bottom line, so happy that everything went smoothly which allowed us to spend time with family.

We were in town for a youth basketball tournament. This home is conveniently located, host is great, and house is clean. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again if given the opportunity!
