My family of four (2 adult children) wanted a long weekend away. We spent several days hiking and exploring the New River Gorge National Park, eating good food in Fayetteville, and just hanging out. The house is amazing and large enough we all had our own space. The park is a 5 min drive, and shops and restaurants in town are all walking distance. Highly recommend!

We had a group of friends stay and enjoyed our weekend. Location was perfect for exploring downtown Fayetteville and driving to do New River Gorge activities. The house is older and has some quirks but we knew that going in and it didn’t bother us. It added character to the trip. We would stay here again!

The house is in a great location so much to do in walking distance. The decor of the house was so cool. They had a s’more basket out for you. Definitely would come back.

We loved the place. It was very comfortable and the added touch of some treats was a happy surprise. Its location is perfect and the decor is adorable. We couldn’t figure out some of the lights and the main level bathroom has a bit of a sewer smell. Other than that, I would recommend to anyone. Meeko, the friendly neighborhood cat came and visited a few times outside, as well.

Our family of 5 had a terrific time exploring Fayetteville and the surrounding. Many stores and restaurants are within walking distance and NRGNP is a 5 minute drive. The house was as described and had lots of room to spread out. It’s clean and had everything we needed. The owner was easy to contact and quick to respond.

The house was in the center of the town and everything was very close. It is very convenient to New River Gorge and all the activities in the area. Access info was accurate and very easy. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving 2024 here. Our group got smaller than we anticipated, just 3 of us, and we were so happy to be in a homey comfortable, well equipped home.We loved the kitchen, the eating area and the comfy den and the great walk to town.
