Hotel was very comfortable. I was afraid after reviewing the reviews but the bed was comfortable, the room was clean. it reminded me of ann old days inn so It was a bit pricey but overall good experience for a place to stay for a night.
Do not stay here. I didn’t even make it to 24 hrs and was bit by a bedbug. Had to go to another hotel at 3am. Expedia did help getting my refund and working with me to get another hotel. Never again.
Very disappointed with our stay here. Lobby extremely dirty (needs a good Hoover), elevator filthy, room had a very bad odor and area feels a bit shady. Hotel Management needs to take a good look at this location - there just doesn’t seem to be any pride in upkeep or serving its guests. Should have paid the extra money to stay elsewhere and Comfort Inn have lost a future customer in me unfortunately. Surely the team there can run a better place than this and just seems pure laziness not to run a Hoover through the hotel at the minimum make it a bit tidier.
The only thing that was an inconvenience was people that finished their breakfast and were talking without eating and they did not let others to sit and enjoy breakfast in the dining area.
Good value for the money. Nice room, well maintained. Darkness curtains were cosmetic only and did not close. Bright parking lot light was bit disturbing. Staff was friendly and helpful
There were dried boogers on the wall of the bathroom (so gross!) and what I hope was a chunk of sausage from a pizza on the floor near the desk. The lighting was horrible and I could barely see on the side of the room where the coffee maker was (I had to get up before sunrise). There were no water cups or ice bucket. The carpet in the room was stained and gross. Definitely not worth the price.
The only good thing about this was the person that we checked in with the night we got there. She was very nice even gave us our pic of which floor we wanted, but the room itself had not been clean properly. There was toothpaste crud around the faucet handles, the floor has not been vacuumed and the next morning before we checked out, our two year-old found a cup with trash and food in it and opened it up and started playing with it. Once we realized what she had and went over there, there was also a used condom that she had pulled out of it as well. The hotel just wanted to give us a credit to stay in another one of their hotels at a different time. I had to go through Expedia where the manager still gave a hard time to refund us, but Expedia finally got us a refund. The managers excuse was that it was probably under the bed and therefore the cleaning people missed it, this is not an excuse as they should be trained to clean all areas. And it wasn’t all the way under the bed. My two year old can’t fit under the bed if she could see it so could the cleaning people .
