The Gaines Estate features Fayetteville's finest restaurant and an award winning wedding and event venue. Guests can take advantage of the Gaines Estate's hiking trails and private tennis court. The house was beautiful, and located close to town. It was a very short walk downtown for a cup of coffee, ice cream or even for a beer in the evening.
