"Location of this cottage is amazing! The pictures of the waterfall do not capture how beautiful this place is. We loved wading and hiking up and down the creek. This cottage is very close to quite a few great NY State parks. House just as described in the listing, everything in good working order. Good information provided for checking in/out. We had a great time here. Easily one of the best places we have stayed with the kids."

"Our family tremendously enjoyed our stay in this lovely lakeside home. Great spaces for both indoor and outdoor relaxing; gorgeous views of the water (we were there in April, so too cold to swim, but it would be fantastic in the summer!); exceptionally well appointed with cookware and dining ware. "We stayed here for two nights and found it very comfortable and well equiped. We came in for a concert (Springsteen) and wanted to stay somewhere close to the venue. This was perfect, only a 10 minute drive. It's also close to some fantastic restaurants and excellent grocery stores. It's such a unique home and suited us well."

"This stay was for my daughters college graduation. We’ve been staying at various hotels and rentals in the area. Has we found this spot 4 years ago we would have stayed here during every visit! Just perfect!!!! Property is a new resort area with lots to do including use of a pontoon boat for your stay! House was beautiful, clean and has everything!"

"This was exactly what we were looking for! Had 4 adults and 3 young kids. The rooms were very comfortable and the garage was a fantastic set up for lounging and eating. Just a few things minor things that can be improved are: - The pool heater wasn’t working for us - Cleanliness could have been a bit better, there were a bunch of dead flies in the kitchen. - A house rules book with check-out directions would be helpful. - The living room carpet smelled of pee a bit. "Owner was accommodating. Place was clean and nice for the price. The entrance was a little off putting but once you get past that, it was good to go. There is a bar downstairs that plays music into the night and morning but we slept through it. The A/C is very smart so we struggled to keep the temperature comfortable through the night.
