"The only issue we had was our room key ALWAYS stopped working. So every time we left we had to go down to the front desk to get a new key. Also no elevator or swimming pool… I didn’t realize this when booking since we were a last minute stay due to our baseball tournament getting relocated. But the staff was friendly & it was a cute town that we have never been too."

"This is an amazing property. So quiet and peaceful. We used the fire pit at night to really relax. We went to decorah. Waterfalls ate at multiple restaurants that were all fabulous. The downtown decorah is acute quaint community. Everything was very clean and fresh.We would highly recommend this place to stay."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cabin and couldn’t have asked for a better getaway! The cabin was beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally clean from the moment we arrived. The wraparound porch was one of our favorite features, providing the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.The private lake made our stay even more memorable. We loved taking the kayaks out each day and spending time on the water. It was exactly the kind of quiet, relaxing escape we were looking for.One of the biggest reasons we booked this cabin was because it is pet-friendly, and we were so happy to finally find a place where our dogs could join us on vacation. It truly felt like a complete family getaway, and they enjoyed it just as much as we did.Our host was outstanding. Communication was excellent before and throughout our stay, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness and hospitality exceeded our expectations and made us feel right at home.This was the perfect holiday getaway, and we made so many wonderful memories here. We will definitely be returning in the future and highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful place to relax with family including your four-legged family members!"

"Overall, the house was very clean and nice. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and tools. We appreciated the Wi-Fi connection.The host was attentive, communicative, and helpful!The spacious cabin was again, like last time, a perfect venue for fun and games, both active games, like hide-and-seek; as well as board games; and this time, games on the grandkids' screens. Something for all three generations of us! We were 8 adults and 8 kids. A suggestion for the sake of senior guests: The bathroom in the main floor (master) bedroom could use grab bars in the shower and alongside the toilet. The mirror above the vanity would be more useful if it were lower.Thanks for a most comfortable and pleasant accommodation!"
